Online telehealth clinical consultations, services, and/or treatment available through this website are provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners P.C. (“OpenLoop”), and all members of OpenLoop’s affiliated professional entities (collectively, “Medical Groups”), which are independent medical groups with a network of United States based health care providers . By accessing or using these services, you acknowledge and agree that VivioMD Group LLC is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or outcomes of the telehealth services.
