Telehealth allows you to connect with healthcare providers, such as doctors or nurse practitioners, through online communication. This means you can consult with a healthcare provider from the comfort of your home or any location, without the need to visit a clinic or hospital in person.

Online telehealth clinical consultations, services, and/or treatment available through this website are provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners P.C. (“OpenLoop”), and all members of OpenLoop’s affiliated professional entities (collectively, “Medical Groups”), which are independent medical groups with a network of United States based health care providers . By accessing or using these services, you acknowledge and agree that VivioMD Group LLC is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or outcomes of the telehealth services. Use of the telehealth services is subject to the Medical Groups’ terms, privacy policy, and consent procedures. You may review OpenLoop’s current Telehealth Informed Consent Form here. In the STEP-1 trial (68 weeks), adults without diabetes treated with semaglutide 2.4 mg lost an average of ~15% of body weight versus ~2.4% with placebo, alongside reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Only Novo Nordisk has FDA-approved products containing semaglutide (Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Rybelsus®). Ozempic® is not FDA-approved for weight loss. *Individual results vary. In the SURMOUNT-1 trial (72 weeks), adults without diabetes treated with tirzepatide lost an average of 15.0% (5 mg), 19.5% (10 mg), and 20.9% (15 mg) of body weight versus 3.1% with placebo, when combined with reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Tirzepatide is FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes and chronic weight management under the trade names Mounjaro® and Zepbound™

Important Safety information: GLP-1 medications are used to treat obesity or overweight (with weight-related problems), along with diet and exercise. GLP-1 medications may have serious side effects, including possible thyroid tumors.  Do not use GLP-1s if you or any of your family have ever had a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or if you have an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). It’s important to share your entire medical history with your provider. In certain situations, where clinically appropriate, a provider may prescribe compounded medication, which is prepared by a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy partner. Although compounded drugs are permitted to be prescribed under federal law, they are not FDA-approved as safe or effective and do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality.
